I've been skulking around this forum for a few days and found it to be really encouraging! You guys are so great and supportive! Yay for you! So it's Day 2 of induction for me and things are going OK so far. I've read DANDR and am following it closely. I am going to be cheat-free!(crosses fingers) I haven't exercised much - I work full time and am finishing up my masters degree on the weekend,but I plan on starting Wed. morning when I get back home for work. I was wondering if there was someone out there who would be interesting in buddying up with me - to be a daily contact person and to exercise "with". I haven't figured out how to post my mini goals and beginning weight and such, but right now I am at 151lbs/5'2" and am looking about 30 lbs. Anybody need a weightloss buddy?

Have you found that you are losing weight more slowly than others on induction? Is this common when needing to lose only 30-40 lbs? I know that my own body seems to like the weight I'm at and doesn't want to budge unless I do something drastic!
