I finally feel motivated enough to actually to commit to a diet, after reading the Atkins book and finding you all here online.
After years of having the appetite / metabolism of a racehorse,
I have steadily gained weight over the last 2 years after a job change. Im
a sommelier now, so my dining habits and drinking wine finally caught up with me...
Saving grace: "spitting out" wine, not drinking it is
actually smiled upon
in this industry.
Anyway, I have had a great time looking over the Adbb, and will continue to check in~ The tips have been invaluable! Hope everyone has a great week ~
