Hello,

I'm Grace from rural America.
I previously lost 18 lbs on Atkins, fell off and gained 10 back. I just started induction on the Dec. 26th, 2004. (Couldn't wait for New Years to start feeling better, lol!) I'm a big believer in the WOE.
I also suffer from candida, and so need to follow the WOE for health reasons or I suffer for it. I'll be active on the candida board here.
What a wonderful, active Atkins message board! I love it!
