    This is my fifth time back on Atkins and I hope to sick with it a lot longer this time around. I started induction 5/07/07 at 213 and already today I'm at 207 so I definatly could not be happier I have a family reunion June 20th and I would like to be down twenty pounds, I hope it is possible!

    Welcome back to Atkins, fox! Yiiippppeeee on losing 6 lbs already!! You have to be so proud of yourself. I have all the confidence that you will achieve your goal this time around. Everyone here is so knowlegable and helpful, best of luck on your weightloss!

        Great to have you with us!! Might I suggest the Second Time Around Club. It's a great forum, everyday we discuss goals, sticking to plan, and all around just having fun and talking about our thoughts and wishes!! It'd be great to have you check in with us each day. The Second Time Around Club is for folks that have slipped off plan, myself included, only to steer ourselves back into the light so to speak, after realizing that this way of life is the best for us!

        Here are some other threads and links you may find help to get the wheel in motion. The intial step of moving that wheel is all you need, these links will keep to keep building up the momentum!
