Hey! I used to post back here a few years ago. I did Atkins for a couple weeks and then decided that one cookie wouldn't hurt....but trust me it did! So I decided to start again tomorrow. I don't want to lose a ton of weight, but I'm going to regularly post my food diaries cause I need some advice on what kind of foods to eat, especially since im not home too often.
As for my stats, I'm 5'3 and about 130lbs and I'm 23 years old - ideally I would like to be about 115 which is a healthy weight for my height.
