Hi All,I've been unemployed since April, and have been soothing myself with food, so now I'm paying the price. I have an appt. with the gynecologist today (first visit, new patient), and I'm dreading the weigh-in. When I was working I managed to walk 30 minutes a day on my lunch hour, and I was eating sensibly. Now my eating habits are totally out of control, so I need to get on the stick. I followed a modified Atkins/Suzanne Somers diet a couple of years ago and got fantastic results. In fact, my husband was afraid I was losing too much weight! It was great fitting into my old clothes (especially blue jeans!), and I felt great. But, as you know, you can never go back to eating like you used to, or you will have the same results. So, here I am today, starting over again. Your before and after pictures are a real inspiration! Hope to get the support I need here so that I can make the changes I need to make.
