    I'm back....bigger than ever

Hi guys! I went wayward for the past few months and my weight has now really ballooned! I am ready to get back to business! I have been fiddling around with other diets, but I keep coming back to the one that I know works....and, you guys on the ADBB are so encouraging and helpful.

I am afraid to even step on the scale again! I'm trying to tell myself that numbers don't matter - I just want to feel good again.

      Welcome back, Crystal!

The good news is, if you've done this before, you can do it again. You know you can

The other good news is -- you can use what you've learned to do better this time!

And the best news is -- you can use your mistake of going off the WOE to help teach others why they shouldn't do the same thing! ha

            Hi, Crystal!

So nice to see other new faces on the board. I just joined the board this week and can honestly say all the encouragement and very practical advice given by the sweet folks here at ADBB has kept me moving forward on this WOE and many times from falling off the wagon for the last 2 months (former lurker).

Welcome fellow loser and I look forward to seeing your posts as you shrink this year!

thanks accept_jesus! I did the same thing. I actually started Weight Watchers when I stopped Atkins last year, but it does not work for me.

                            Good luck!!!
