Newbie here! I am starting this WOE again after going off it for several years. I was down to about 165 lbs when I fell off the wagon. My high weight was 220.0 lbs on May 11, when I started, and I am pleased to say that I am down to 214.2 already. My goal is 140-150, and I just know that I can do it, just gotta be strong. The cravings for sugar aren't near as strong, though they do pop up from time to time! Well, good luck to all and wish me luck too!
