  • coming back after long time

Hi I am Cheryl and I am returning to the Atkins WOE after a long time off. I had a baby last February and planned to get back on track after my first check up. Well I have been having a hard time getting back. I am going to try induction again starting next monday. I started back on Feb 17, 2003 at 334 lbs and by my first ob appt I was down 36 lbs to 298. I gained to 329 during the pregnancy but at my 4 week check up after having my baby (a healthy baby girl named Anna) I was back down to 302. I stayed home with Anna for thr first 8 months and could not stick to Atkins to save my life. I am now back up to 319 and determined to get back on track. I look forward to sharing the journey with y'all.

Time goes by really quickly doesn't it and it's a lot easier to get the pound on than off. Welcome back and hope you enjoy.
