Hi there,
I struggle with about 10-12 lbs. That may seem insignificant to some of you, but nevertheless...it is a constant struggle. I haven't been able to maintain a comfortable weight since after kid #2 was born, almost 9 years ago. My weight fluctuates...I have a couple of sizes in my closet to cover the range,
I tried Atkins several years ago, lost about 8 lbs on induction, started OWL, etc. and have traded those same pounds on/off over the course of several years. When I feel things are getting out of hand, I'll go off carbs for a few days or a week, but then I'll allow myself a piece of cake or pizza ...next thing you know I'm back to eating Breyers in front of the freezer, and buying chips only to finish the bag before I get home from the store.
So, here I am, back again...older (which makes it harder I think), maybe wiser, but I still don't see myself living a life without pizza and ice cream. I'm here, but my commitment wavers at times.
