  • It is time for my last diet

    hello everyone!

    On Monday May 21st I will be beginning my last journey to my goal weight. I am tired of yo-yo dieting which is not good for my health or my self esteem. I have made a promise to myself that this time will be different. This time I will succeed. There is no other option. This is going to happen.....

    ...and it starts on Monday.

    Welcome and good luck! Remember, the first couple days will more than likely be grueling, but stick it through! It gets easier and the reward is worth it!

      Warm welcome Destynie! Seems like you're very determined to succeed, and that's half the battle won! Good for you.
      You'll find the board a wonderful place to come to when you need a bit of encouragement and/or friendly advice.

            wonderfully! thanks for asking. I had some sausage for breakfast and a salad for lunch. I going to have some cheese as a snack and then some more meat for dinner...with a cup of broccolli.

                Welcome Destynie, You've come to the right place with the right attitude. Remember to drink lots of water, take your vitamins, and don't let yourself get hungry. We're here for you.
