Hi my name is Emma and i am new on here i have done atkins before and lost some weight but put it back on, so i am restarting on inductions, any help and support would be greatly appreciated, im not quite brave enough to post pics of myself yet, but will soon.
so if any one has any help or tips on this site im not even sure if this post is right, but im trying.

Hi my name is Emma, i am new to this site and would appreciate any help and support, i did the atkins about a year ago and lost some weight but unfortunately put it back on, so im here to start again.
