:wave HI everyone! Well I'm back..........been a while.........actually...quite a while. Unfortunatly i did not stick to my plan with Atkins some 4 months ago; but am raring to give it another chance! At my last post I was weiging in at 215lbs. I have now balloned to 224 pounds. I have read, and re read the bible, er, the book. I've got my measuring tape and my scale ready, and brushed the dust off my gym membership card. IM READY! on the down side, since i put the weight so quickly, i have hideous red stretch marks across my stomach! i thought at first I would just deal with it but i cant stand to see myself in the mirror anymore! Does anyone know of anything that could help lighten them? ( i've already tried the shea butter) Thanks, and Im glad to be back! :icondance

Welcome back!
It's nice to see long time members returning! You know the routine. Dust off your copy of DANDR. Plan your menus and your shopping lists so that you don't get caught short.
The additional advantage of coming back ... yes ... I'm an eternal optimist ... there is an advantage ... You know where you were standing when you slipped. Whether it was a little at a time or a bite here and there, you know what you need to do to fortify yourself against sliding down the slippery slopes, again!
So, welcome. Glad to have you back! :joy

welcome back. :hug
Come on back up on the Atkins low carb wagon. Lots of room up here as we have been shrinking. Have some of the industrial strength Atkins low carb but glue to keep you from jumping off this time and fasten your seatbelt tight.
