    hi every one

    i am new here i would like to start the induction today i hope to lose weight and have great shape .
    i start to read few past days and now i think i am ready to join the GO!

    Welcome womentrip!! Glad to have you onboard ADBB! Definately read the book, it explains so much. There are many here who are wise about Atkins, don't be afraid to ask questions. Keep us posted on your progress!

            Hi Womentrip! Welcome to the board. It's great you're reading the book! Look for an upcoming reading challenge that you can join! Come around the board often and see what's going on! Feel free to ask questions, plenty of people will offer you some sound advice.
