  • i've made it to day 6

    i thought the first week would be the hardest but now i cant stop thinking about choc anythings, and i managed to lose 6 poundz so pleeeez can someone give me some hints for snacks(other than cheese or crackle) before i beary myself in suger

    Well its cheese but it works.. Cream cheese nuked in the microwave for like 30 seconds with a packet of splenda was my saving grace for the beginning

      Welcome aboard!

      Anything high fat helps combat cravings. Avocado and olives are good choices if you don't want cheese.

        the olives work great..i'm not sure i'm supposed to eat a whole jar thow..lol

          If a jar contains only 8-10 olives (since when though!?)... then that's the daily maximum Dr A suggested for induction, if I remember correctly.

            Hiya and welcome!

            A snack that I love is thin slices of salami or pepperoni, nuked in the microwave. Then I spread full fat , soft cheese on them..mmmmmm! If you need to get some of your veggies eaten you could sprinkle some on top too.....like ickle, mini pizzas!
