i thought the first week would be the hardest but now i cant stop thinking about choc anythings, and i managed to lose 6 poundz so pleeeez can someone give me some hints for snacks(other than cheese or crackle) before i beary myself in suger
Anything high fat helps combat cravings. Avocado and olives are good choices if you don't want cheese.

If a jar contains only 8-10 olives (since when though!?)... then that's the daily maximum Dr A suggested for induction, if I remember correctly.

A snack that I love is thin slices of salami or pepperoni, nuked in the microwave. Then I spread full fat , soft cheese on them..mmmmmm! If you need to get some of your veggies eaten you could sprinkle some on top too.....like ickle, mini pizzas!
You are doing so well, keep it up, it will soon be plain sailing, I am now on day 8 and no longer craving at all.
