    Hi everyone I am very excited that I can finally post my story. So here it is...I have been reading this site for support since i started Atkins, after I had my second child and became really overweight about 50 pounds. I have never really been skinny and I really dont think that my hips will allow me to very thin but I have to try to look and feel better. I started Atkins in Oct 2006 and so far up to now I have lost 28pounds
    Within the last couple of weeks I have been cheating and only maintaining my current weight. I am going back to work soon and want to look good so I am starting induction again... So here I go ...
    P.S ---> If anyone has any different ideas of how to lose the tummy pouch plz let me know..

        Welcome to ADBB Movingon! Glad you decided to post here.

        Good to hear you decided to re-commit after a phase of wavering. The sooner you get back on the wagon the better. Drink lots of water to flush out the extra carbs and look to the future. You can do it!

        Exercise, exercise, exercise for the tum... Check out the challenges forums... I'm sure the abs challenge is still running. You might like to join that one. Also, many people on the board swear by dry skin brushing.

          Hi movinon! Welcome to the board. 28 lbs is great so far! As for the tummy, well it's called being a woman of child bearing age! Exercise will help!

            Thanks alot guys just knowing that I have support from here helps alot. I will keep posting my progress as soon as I figure out how to post pictures and stuff...Has anyone out here tried Turbo Jam??? it really helps!!
