  • Another Repeat Atkins-eer!

Well, yesterday was my first day of induction and so far so good! I did Atkins a few years ago and lost 30 within a couple of months, but my addiction to food took over and I gained it back. So here I am 2 kids and 40 more pounds later and I'm going at it again. I am truly planning to do a lifestyle change now. I look forward to getting to know you all and offering and receiving support on my journey.

Hi Amy and welcome back. Isn't this is a great place to start?(again) Hang in there and hope to see you around the boards, from another 2nd timer; with 2 kids; and a bit more to lose this time around!

Goal # 1 Reduce my waist enough so fitting into a pair of jeans will not make me feel like a sausage with a tight string cinched around my bulging waist.
Goal # 2 Have my thighs become less familiar with one another. I am tired of them rubbing up against each other when I walk.
Goal # 3 Be able to see my back without those flabby rolls under my bra line, you know I could store things in those roll creases, a book to read, small toy etc
Goal # 4 Run a 5k in Sept. and continue this WOE.
