Well here i go

today is my second day on atkins and man the carb headache i woke up with was bad but by about 2pm it was gone..i still feel tired but it's slowly going away ,,wish me luck and im glade i found this site

So glad the induction flu was short and sweet for you. Some people suffer for several days...but then the energy boost at the end of it is so worth it!
