    I'm back (again)

    I am not new to this WOL, but it has been a long time since I have been committed to it and losing weight. The last few times I have tried this I have half heartedly put in a so-so effort, and then stopped the diet after not losing weight (and of course I wouldn't ... I wasn't following the diet, lol).

    Anyway, I'm here, loaded with information and this seems to be a GREAT community!! Can't wait to get to know you all more!

                    Thank you all so much for the warm welcome! I'm glad to be back! I'm already down another two pounds! It feels great to really be in control of induction this time with absolutely no cheats. I recall previous attempts and "mostly" doing it right, but then I'd allow myself a handful of dorito's for some strange reason.

                    I'm a pretty avid blogger, and I already maintain two blogs, but I'm contemplating starting a weightloss journal in here. Or maybe I'll just put a link to my blog

                      Hey- I know you can do it! Thanks for your words of encouragement- looks like we're both trying to get to the same place, it'll be awesome to see us both reach our goals!
