    Just wanted to say Hello !

    Hi, it has been a while since ive been here. I started Atkins back on May 25, 2007 . Yesterday was week one weigh in , i lost 7.1 pounds . " dont want to leave out the .1 " This site and all the before and after pics are very motivating !

          Hello again! Congrats on the 7.1 lb loss so far! I agree, those .1s .2s and .3s are all worth counting!
