  • Re-introduction- New Year=New Me

Hi All, I am re-introducing myself. I was on the board last year and fell off the wagon big time. I have gained more weight over the year and now am starting back at 183lbs. I went to the same New Years Party as I did last year and remembered that last year I said that this year I would be at goal and blow everyone away...welllllll I went, with some coaxing, and everyone said how pretty I was but I felt so awful about myself, so dissappointed in myself for not accomplishing what I had planned.

Time to change that, this time I have made myself a promise I will do my best to stick to. Next New Years I will go back to the party and noone will recognize me. I WILL make GOAL!!! 183 down to 130/120.

    Hey, Rockin!

    Welcome back!

I read somewhere that ridding yourself of addictions can often take a few false-starts. So consider last year your official "false-start" and THIS year is the real deal!!

Do you know what got you off track last time? It often helps to identify what throws us off the wagon so we can avoid it the next time around!

Let us know if we can help!

I think mainly I just got lazy....some of it was that when i tried to do induction I would get horrible hot flashes and night sweats (total hyst last year) and that didnt help. I broke up with my bf and didnt care too.

But I need to do this for me and give it another try, i want to do it for ME
