Hi! I'm Hayley, and this is my second time doing Atkins. I started this WOE after my second child was born and lost 30lb. And although I never got to my goal I was thinner than I was when I graduated high school and felt great.
However, I then became pregnant with my third child. I'm a big puker when pregnant, and the one thing I can always hold down is frenchfries. I have gained back more than 20 of those 30lbs and now that my third baby is two years old it's high time to lose it.
I've been doing Atkins for about a week now, and except for a weak moment with some fresh strawberries (they smelled SOOOOOOO good) I've been very disciplined. I've already lost about 5lbs! I've been recording everything I eat on Fitday and that has really helped me stay on track.
A problem I have with all of this is getting enough excercise. I'm very active, but I still don't get enough excercise.
