    this is my first time trying atkins so im really hopeful about sheding my unwanted pounds

    my boyfriend just went to iraq a few days ago and hes comming home for a small break in oct or nov so im trying lose some weight by then

        Hello Kiyana and welcome aboard. Thanks for posting your cool pics... and the one of your little cousin. Such a sweetie!
        It's good that you have a project (Atkins) while waiting for your boyfriends return. The thought of his surprise at seeing changes in you will be great motivation to stick to the plan.
