    I'm New!!!!!

    Hello everyone!

    Well my name is Scott and my wife and I started the diet a little over a week ago. It's going great!!! With decent results too!!! You may know her as sweetness07, but I know her as the love of my life, I am so thankful for her. It was her idea to start this and in this short time I already feel alot better. I hope to (no, I will) succeed at this and I can't wait to see the big changes. Now all I have to do is give up the Diet Pepsi and we're good!!!



    At 6'1" I think that 220 lbs should look and feel pretty good. Atkins is kind of fun for me, I mean I love the food!
