Hey! I sure do remember you! You need to ignore all the naysayers about eating this way. Most of them don't even know what they're talking about! This is not a "diet", but a lifestyle of eating healthy foods, just no carbs, sugar or flour.

Your teacher has no business telling any other student anything about you. Does your mom know this? She might want to have a little talk with your teacher to explain Atkins and why you choose to eat heathfully, and to remind her about confidentiallity between the teacher and other people.

            Re: Hey yall.

Angel, I completely agree with sillygirl! As a teacher, I would NEVER discuss one student's business with another student. It goes against an ethical and moral code, a teacher/student confidentiality. Please tell your parents what happened, and I would also speak with the teacher. I would ask her to please refrain from talking about you to other people. Be as polite and respectful and mature as possible when doing this, even if you are SOOOOOOOO mad! If it continues, speak with an administrator or a principal.

Now, going back to Atkins...there's no "diet" about it! It's just a way to eat healthy, whole, pure foods. On Atkins we don't eat junk food, we don't eat processed food. If it comes from a farm we eat it, if it comes from a factory, we skip it.

My experience with Atkins has been life-changing. I used to eat pizzas and burgers and my idea of a vegetable was ketchup. Now, I eat 4-5 cups of veggies per day, and I eat lots of fruits, dairy, nuts, legumes, and sometimes whole grains along with my proteins and fats. I have an incredibly balanaced diet that makes me FEEL amazing.

So if you know Atkins works, and you know that you feel good doing it, do NOT let others try to scare you or intimidate you. Often, jealousy and fear are what make people say negative things. Hold your head high, and do not be ashamed to follow Atkins!
