Hello, people! I'm about 2 and a half weeks into this, and I'm already feeling like if I look at another piece of meat I'm going to scream! I'm eating my salads and veggies, too, and I've lost about 14 pounds, so that's not the problem, but I was wondering if anyone has any really unusual suggestions for me (Ok, so maybe I'm secretly dreaming that someone will say that a hot-fudge sundae is perfectly acceptable...ha-ha).
Before this, I usually only ate meat about 2 or 3 times a week most of the time. I feel like I'm on meat overload here. I know it's just something that takes getting used to, but it really is hard to break my old ways.
Just looking for some new ideas!

Seriously, what about different types of meat? Meat in different shapes? I'm looking forward to making some meatballs later this week. Yes, sans breading, but I think they are okay for Induction. Also, what about veggie meals? Eggplant parmesan? Have you checked out the recipes from Low Carb Luxury?
