    To newbies one and all...

    Been away on holiday for a couple of weeks and see that things have been hopping here in the Spotlight! How very cool!

    Warmest of welcomes to everyone who's joined recently. I didn't get to say hi to anyone "personally" while away, 'cos was on the remotest of Scottish islands, where there was no such thing as an internet connection!

    Very best wishes to all of you who are starting out on your Atkins journey to better health and a lovely trim figure.

    I was thinking I hadn't seen you for a while giving a lovely welcome to ADBB

    Did you have a good holiday? Get you get caught in this crazy rain?

      Thanks Baarb ... and no! Amazingly, had wonderful weather on our little island while the rest of the UK seemed to be deluged with rain! Not what I'd have expected in Scotland!

      Had a simply wonderful time. Lots of walking and chilling. Just nice to pull the switch for a while. Good to see all you guys again though, and that there are lots of new members taking the Atkins plunge!

        Yes, lots of new members and a few more goalies too

        I'm amazed you didn't have rain! People have had to be resuced from their homes, etc. Sounds lovely to relax and chill
