Hello Everyone!
I started Atkins 10 years ago when a friend introduced me to it. It was if I had found the one thing that really worked for me and I loved it. My initial weight was 228 and I went down to 135 - only 12 pounds from my goal of 123. Since then I have managed to keep most of the weight off and now weigh 150. I feel like I am starting to slide in a direction that I promised myself I would never go again. Over the past year I have started and stopped what seems like 20 times! I did not have the large drop that I did the first time and get discouraged and give up. TODAY I want to start over - Any advice to help me get past that point, which is usually a week, would be a big help. Glad to be back
