I'm a 25/Male in NYC. Currently, my weight is fluctuating around 281 to 286 daily. I started at 337 since last year, I forget the date.
Anyways, I'm not new to Atkins. I started atkins at 311 and have seen the amazing results. The problem with me is staying focused. Last couple of times that I lost focus was when I cheated just a little, and then it fell apart. Very disappointing.
I have been focused pretty well for the past few days and want to use this to help me get down to my long term goal, which is 200s.
I hope to learn a lot from you guys, I've looked through so many success threads and they are very very inspiring and you guys look great.

. I am new here too (it is my fifth day), but I have already lost weight and I feel so much better. I am sure you will be a success story in no time (I want to be).
