    It takes time and planning. You did good catching yourself after two bites. Toss out the bread and have all the fixings rolled up together...its legal and it will keep you from feeling deprived. The way to success is to plan your meals, exercise and have a support group. The ADBB is the best support you'll find. Once you feel comfortable and have a plan lay out for success...it gets a lot easier.

    You can do this. You will do it. Don't let family or friend hold you back. Remember...actions speak louder than words. Do it and don't look back. Everyone will see how serious you are when you shed inches and look and feel great. Best wishes. WE are all here for you!

      To post a journal - go to the main ADBB point and find journal chats. Just keep scrolling down through the various boards till you find it. Then just start a threat. I can't wait to see your journal. Go for it. Lotsa luv to ya.

        I am starting my journal today, so those of you curious to know how this woe is going for me - my thoughts and what I am eating will be posted a few times each day.

        And by the way Thank You All for the support. You are all making this much easier for me.
