I went on atkins in April of this year, did it for 5 weeks and lost nothing but, the stress on my knee. I can only say is that it doesn't hurt as much anymore. I didn't loose anything during my 5 weeks. I tried with 2 other people in the office. I've decided to try again through ??, I figured they can give me better insite on the choices of food and recipes. I hope to lose about 30 pounds by November, infact will settle for 31 pounds. So, I'm get under 200 lbs by 1 pound. I figured I've been @ 230 for the last 3 years, it's time to get down to my normal or healthier size. Plus then I can see what my body looks like after losing some weight, ok!! I'm looking to lose a 100 lbs. But, I figure in enough time I will, just need to be positive and keep updating my progress on the Atkins diet bulletin Board and eventually showing my results via photographs.
