    Just wanted to introduce myself. I've finished Dr. Atkins book. From what I have read, this board offers great support. I know Im going to need it since Im a carboholic.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        Welcome to the ha You're on the right track if you've read the book. Follow Dr. Atkins advice and you will be on your way to health and weight loss.

        I look forward to hearing more about your journey as you continue on this new WOE. I've been on it for 10 months now and its the best thing I've ever done for myeself!
