Here I go again

I did Atkins 4 yrs ago and lost 45lb. I've since gained it back, and have tried
and tried (through different diets) to find success again. I haven't had much luck and have decided to give Atkins another go.

welcome back to the atkins WOL. i too am a previous atkineer who feel off the wagon(twice-unfortunately) and have just came back to this wonderful WOE.
I'm only on day four and so i'm in the very early stage of induction. I wish you much success on your journey to a healthier life.

thanks for all the welcome backs. atkins was very easy for me to stay on but I stayed on induction for 4 months and ended up raising my cholesterol level. this time around , I think I'll limit my induction time and progress to Owl.

I'm having a chuckle at how many of us thought we knew better than Dr Atkins. Isn't it FUNNY. We all did our own thing .... stuck to induction like slaves and then got down to a size we loved and forgot alllllllll about low carbing. Nothing like learning a hard lesson to make you actually take note of what the man said. Oh well ... we've learned our lessons and this time we'll do it RIGHT. We can do this guys. I just know we can. Luv to ya.

It's been almost a week and I've been holding steady. No real cravings yet and no induction flu.
