It's day 2 - I'm doing just fine except I just have this odd feeling - like as if something is missing - has anyone felt this way before?

I have to loose at least 35 pounds -

Hey shoelee! Welcome to the board! Good for posting rather than lurking. Something's missing huh? Well, I'm no psychiatrist, but perhaps you were using food for comfort so I would imagine you might miss it some. The further you go along eating Atkins style, you will find that you won't be missing anything. Please post any questions you might encounter, there's many knowledgeable people on the board who will be happy to chime in.

          Hello and warm welcome!

Something missing? Well... the more you get used to eating this way, the more that feeling will fade. Also, within a short while, if you're doing Atkins correctly, appetite suppression should kick in reducing that "missing" feeling even more. And when you hit OWL (ongoing weight loss) where you add extra foods...

Well... it just gets better and better and easier and easier!

          Happy losing!
