      Welcome to ha !

I know the tired feeling, but it usually leaves after this period as you finish all the withdrawal symptoms. You might additionally try exercise to alleviate the tiredness, which may seem counterintuitive.

Welcome to the ha ! We are practically neighbors ... I'm northeast of you in Maine.

The tiredness is temporary ... it's much like withdrawal from a substance. It's best just to drink water, exercise and eat according to the Acceptable Food List for Induction and the Rules of Induction.

Best wishes ... stick to it ... you'll soon have a burst of energy !

          Welcome Jessica,

I'm surprised about the tired thing as well. After the first few (2-14) days that usually passes. The only thing I ever got was a little light headed, but I was getting by on 6 hours of sleep, compared to the 9 I used to need.

Give it another fair shot and you can do it!

Yes I'm eating a smore in the picture, how do you think I got so fat?
