  • hello,i'm new

    i have been looking over this site for a few weeks now and was really inspred by all the positives.I have done atkins b 4 and lost like 16 lbs but that was like 3 yeas ago. I stated again around 6-5-07 did induction and so far have lost 16lbs, down to 165,started at 181.

    i can't figure out how to get that weight tracker thing on here???I went to to the site and made one but got stuck there, help?

    Hi stephany! great job on the 16 pounds already lost! great going!

    in regards to the tracker when you have made it - it will provide you with a code, you go into User CP at the top of this page and click on edit signature and paster the code in there (if it gives you more than one choice of code choose the one that says BB CODE)

      I also joined in and site looks pretty good. A lot of stuff in here. I hope to learn a few things about atkins. I am sort of losing my shape.

                wow!!! the support on here is so amazing!!
                im so glad i here now. i have had a difficult day fighting the horrible sugar craving
                even want to the store to buy junk, (came home w/ chicken wings, hot sauce and pork rinds.) still really craving though, but thany all of you so much for so much support in just one day.

                        Welcome to you too Mark!
                        I use photobucket (www.photobucket.com) to host pics. They make it easy to add pics to wherever you want. Here on ADBB you have to go to User CP and then "edit signature". Then you put a pic in from photobucket.
                        Sorry, I'm rather "computer challenged" myself, so maybe someone else can explain better!
