Hi everyone - I'm almost done with my first week of induction (so far I'm down 3 pounds, which is really exciting!!). I've read that because my goal weight is only 25 pounds away I may not lose as quickly as some others on here - is that true?
I'm wondering if someone can help me out with a question about the Atkis shakes... I've been having one for breakfast, but read on one of the posts that that could be slowing my weight loss... is that true?
I am also a type 1 diabetic and am wondering if there are any others on here who are a type 1?
