All the online book stores offer the book in English.
If you scroll to the bottom of any page and click on the link to Amazon.com you can get the book there and this board will get credit.

Hey Pink! Welcome to the board. One of the other mods of this forum, sallyseachange, lives in Italy. She should be by here shortly.

Hiya Pink Panther and welcome! I see you're from Italy. I live in Italy too (but am English), in Umbria, and love it!

Congratulations on your great English, by the way.

I got my book from Amazon. You want the 2002 edition of Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution. That's the edition this board goes by.
You're right to get a copy, as undertanding the science behind this way of eating is fundamental to success.

Until your book comes... read the stickies (permanent posts at the beginning of each forum) in the Induction Forum and read some of the FAQs. These will tell you what you can and can't eat.

All the very best on your journey towards a trim figure and better health!

          Re: NEW and LOVING IT

          Welcome pink!
Definitely read the forums, there is so much interesting stuff here and great recipes too.
I still don't have my book (will hopefully get it one day though) and am already on day 13 on my induction.
I think the most important things to get started are here, including support
I don't have a menu as I go by what I like most of the days and then just calculate it through but I just had the most delcious low carb burger (thanks for the tip again, gaynorA) made with hamburger meat, tomatoes, paprika, cheddar and lettuce to hold it all together.
YUMMY, try it if you like burgers
Anyway, good luck on your journey!
Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P

                Toscana! Che bello!
Yes... Umbria is lovely and green but we don't have all those wonderful Tuscan cypresses everywhere. Pity.
