I will be starting Atkins this coming Sunday.

Anyway, my story. I am a mother of 2, and have a history I guess of gaining weight the first 2 years after my kids are born. I guess it's the rough years, where you struggle with sleep, then the terrible 2's, and just eat whatever. My ex (father of my kids)and I had split up while I was pregnant with our son, and I finally moved out when he was 3mo. old. My fiance now, treated me VERY good when we were first dating.....eating out all the time. Which of course ADDS UP, to where I am at right now.
I have a 5'1 frame, and my weight in highschool was between 135-140. I've always been what they call "thick". Which I am happy with. BUT slowly but surely, in 10 years since highschool (am 28 now), I am up to 205.5 lbs. Which is very humiliating. I feel so bad about my weight. I know I am somewhat attractive, but even I cannot get past my pictures of all the fat around me! It's to the point that just 3 weeks ago, I took my daughter with my aunt and I down to Florida to visit my cousin, and I dreaded looking at the pictures of us all on the beach. I just dont want to see them, and dont want anyone else to see them either.
This is when I knew I really had to step up and do something...................... So here it goes.
If anyone has words of advice to a Mtn Dew/Swt Tea addict, and some really good recipes /recipe sites that I can use when I start (ones for the induction period, then some sites for after that).............it'd be greatly appreciated!
