    Hello Today is the first day of my induction and I have to say Im nervous. Im one of those start and fail at diets kind of person. But, Im not going to lose focus, this forum is a big inspiration to me. Anyone who could give me some words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
    My current weight is 264 and my goal is 160. Im wondering about those challenges I see on peoples signatures? How do I access those?

    Hi Luv, I've seen you lurking in the last day or so, I'm so glad you posted! Don't be nervous! I know, easier said than done. You will see, when you follow this WOE (Way of eating) correctly, you won't believe how easy it is, how much you are able to eat and still lose weight!

    Go to the Exercise Challenges forum from the main page. There, you can join in the challenges. Lots have already started, but you can catch those next time, or jump in now and earn your badge next time! There's also a bunch that are on going, like the Pedometer Challenge.

      Welcome Luv! Happy you've found us here at the ADBB. It's a terrific place to find inspiration and support.

      Take a tour round the board... join anything you fancy... make friends... it's all fun and motivating. Feel free to ask any questions you might have too. We're all behind you 100%!

        I have something to say to you Luvgrmshep, you not need worry about other diets that have failed, because this isn't a diet.

        See. Just that easy! It's a lifestyle, it's a way to open your life to good gourmet wholesome foods, and wonderful tastes, spices, seasonings, substitutes and replacements.
