I started Induction on Saturday morning at 151.5 lbs, some of which was bloat from eating Wendy's on Friday night as a "last hurrah." It's now Monday morning, and I weigh 146 lbs and am in ketosis according to the stick.

My goal is to get under 10% bodyfat again. I'd say I'm at about 15% right now. I have shirtless "before" pics that I'll post once I get close to my goal. Right now I find them pretty embarrassing.

I'm currently running three times a week for 30 minutes at a time, and doing calisthenics (pushups, pullups, dips, squats, etc.) 2-3 times a week.

A healthy body composition is more important to me than my scale weight. According to any "ideal body weight" or BMI measurements, I'm well within a healthy range, but I'm still softer around the midsection than I'd like to be. So my goal is to keep what muscle mass I've got while burning off some fat.

I will probably have lots of questions as I go along, so please be patient!

Thanks very much for the kind welcome, everyone. It does feel good to get off to a quick start ... I confess, I'm trying to get some water weight blasted off ASAP as I'm getting the linework started for a very large chest tattoo on Saturday the 28th, and will be sitting around shirtless in front of people I know for about 4 hours. Can't be puffy for that.

Thanks, Courtney. I don't have even a rough guess how many I have at this point ... I'm kind of working towards "one."
