Hi, my name is Linda, I'm a returning loser. I'm a 58 yr old female. A wife and mother of 2, and grandmother of 3. I work full time (45 hrs a week). I started low carbing 5 years ago to help get my diabetes under control. I managed to do that, plus I received an added bonus, I lost 40 pounds! Thru the years I started adding more carbs but was able to still control my blood sugar nicely. I had a problem , the pounds sneaked back on. Kind of caught me unaware. Well, now I'm back on induction and feeling better again. My beginning weight this time around is less than before. I've started out at 168 lbs. and I'm down to 162 lbs. in 5 days. My goal is 145 lbs.
This site is so full of wonderful advice and such nice losers. I'm looking forward to this journey down the road to a slimmer me! With the help of all of you.
