  • not new to weight loss.. but new to atkins

i have been on atkins for about 3 weeks.. i am still on induction. i have lost about 15 lbs.. anyways.. i'm 6'3 and about 280.. i have to drop to about 215 for the air force.. haha i guess you can say i'm "set up" for the atkins diet.. i work as a meat cutter so i get a big discount on meats and seafood.. that is all i ate in the first place before i even started.. i was like.. mmmm what the heck .. might as well cut out the little bread i eat.. it has been really easy for me so far.. but ya.. this is my first post.

Welcome to the boards!!!!! Exactly what she said - don't forget the veggies. Or the exercise. And I assume your abs post was just for the guys, but even some of the girls here have ab definition...
