Hi everyone. Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 27 years old and I've fought a weight problem most of my life. I've practiced Martial Arts off and on for about 12 years and would like to begin training again after about 3 years off. I've tried lots of diets and I've been on exercise programs that would drop Marine Corp drill sergeants. The only "diet" that has ever worked for me has been low carb / Atkins. I begain dieting at the beginning of this year and managed to lose 55lbs by mid April but I've sadly slipped back into bad habits and now I'm trying to get myself back on track. So heres my stats:
Stat Weight: 270lbs
Goal Weight: 200lbs
Current Weight: 234lbs

WOW! You deserve a big pat on the back for catching yourself before you gained all the weight back. You haven't been away from Atkins long, so jump right back on that horse. You sound determined, so I know you'll do great.
