  • Man on a mission!

    Hey Hi All,

I just thought I’d drop a wee note to say that I’ve been watching in the wings for sometime now and have marvelled at the support you guys give – it’s endless. I started Atkins as a last resort – nothing I seemed to do before made any headway and I soon gave up those unfruitful attempts. I really needed to do something. I’ve always yo-yo dieted but have noticed that it was more of a struggle the older I was!

Well I started Atkins after reading and re reading the book – I started in May and although I was on vacation (holiday) for three weeks, I have still managed to loose weight and inches. I know I’m heading in the right direction at long last. I've set a very realistic target weight – but hey I fully intend to change that once I've reached it. I’ve set mini goals and have far more energy that I can ever remember – this is good news for all the family.

But login on to ADBB has made sure that I have a friend in all but name – so thanks for the support you guys unknowingly have given me.

The weight loss – onward and off-ward!

    38 year old male
