Hi everyone, I have been lurking around for a while and have learned alot from everyone .You guys have been an inspiration for me, I lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks but doing it a different way,Truthfully, I admire those of you who have the will power to stick to it more than 2 months or even as a way of life, I can't.

I know it may contradict the whole idea of the diet but it works for me and it keeps me motivated because i know when the weekend comes around I will enjoy my favorite foods.When or if I get used to it than I'll do it longer...

, shoot, I can't cut off cheesecake all together, like my mother tells me"girl, it's incredible you eat like a pig on weekends and still manage to have dropped so much".It works for me.And thanks for the post.
It really works fantastically well and in time it gets easier and easier to eat this way permanently. I never believed it would be so easy when I started, but it has become so... and I live in one of the most difficult countries there is for low carbing!
