  • The Fat is Back!

    And so am I!

Hello everyone! I look forward to getting to know you all.

What a wealth of infomation you have here!

In 2000, I lost 57 pounds on Atkins and slowly but surely 26 pounds has snuck back onto me. Keeping it off for 7 years isn't too shabby! I just fell into my old ways of Bean & Bacon soup and Taco Bell.

So I'm starting Atkins again on Monday. I'm very impressed with all these recipes that out there! They look so yummy! I can't wait to get started.

I can't wait to celebrate the loss of pounds with you all!

          Thank you!!

I'm such a geek, I have created a spreadsheet with all my meals on it for the next weeks with check boxes for all my water and vitamins.

Sunday, I'm to go to grocery store and buy all my food I have on my list and start cooking it, freezing some of it and chopping up the veggies. I feel that if I'm organized, it'll help. That way I don't keep going until I'm starving, then eat everything I can put into my mouth!

I work from home, so it's easy to sit at the computer and stuff food in my face.

I'm really excited to have found this forum, it makes feel very positive about it!

Thank you so much Dream! I am sure that all my posts and many questions will drive you all nuts!

But I am jumping into your marvelous family with both feet!

Just tell me hush when I get annoying. Coming from a family of tall skinny people and marrying into a family of tall skinny people, it's nice to find a place where people who understand the battle I go through daily.
