Hello All...
My name is Debbie and I am on Day 3 of Induction. A few months ago I weighed 165. I lost about 12 pounds by just being very conscious of what I was eating and watching my portion sizes.
On Day 1 of Induction I weighed 152.8....This morning I was 148.8. I am hoping to reach my goal of 135 in the next couple of months.
I am confused about the rungs everyone speaks about on OWL....I do not recall this in the book by Dr. Atkins.
Also...how do you add the weight tracker and photos to your post? It looks like everyone has a "signature" that includes this.
