:wave Hi everybody...I am very excited to be a new member. I decided to jump start my Atkins Diet when I started a new job on 12/16/04. I have since lost 14 pounds, but I was more than 20 over my usual overweight self to begin. I see the weight loss on the scale but still don't feel it, and nobody has really noticed. I like feedback, so I get a little discouraged, but not giving up. I am looking for support through the bulletin board so that I keep up my motivation. Looking forward to sharing and losing with everyone.

Hi, glad you found us and also glad you like what you see. It looks like you are doing well. There is a new exercise challenge going on that you might like to join.
I hope this is the right link.

    Welcome,

You've come to the right place for support. Don't worry the compliments will come. I didn't get my first non-family comment until about 30-35 pounds down.

Are you measuring as well? The inches lost are just as important, sometimes the scale may not move but you're size is dropping.

Good luck and keep it up!
