  • Hi all, back after almost 4 years I think

I am suprised I remebered my username and password!!!

Well, after wholehardetly embracing Atkins and feeling phenomenol, Christmas came back in 2003 and I blew my whole kit and caboodle. After a 40 pound loss- I lost it. Then last summer I was able to lose 30 pounds but not on Atkins. And here I am today back at the beginning.

So all summer I have been feeling terrible. I am back at my high point and sick of eating. I am so sick of food. I am really trying to get rid of carbs now. They are such an addiction for me. I know that now.

When eating carbless- my face never broke out( hormonally/monthly) , I had no cravings , was full of sooooo much energy, I just need to get back on an induction eating plan and follow through this time.

I really want to just have a gastric bypass and be done with it- but I have young kids and the risk isn't worth it.

Anyhow, I hadn't planned on coming here today but it happened. It is AM and I haven't eaten breakfast yet and I guess I just made my decision and am going to do this.

Wish me luck and I 'll have tosearch around and see if my pics are on here , not sure if they are on the old site or not.

Looking forward to being here again!!!

Oh- the stats below are all old- I'll have to remember how to update them!!

Hey AG! Welcome back. You know this WOE works, you've done it before you can do it again! Much better than surgery, and more fun as well because you can eat lots of really great food!

Welcome back Atkins Girl. I'm a third timer around myself. We obviously know it's the way we need to go or we wouldn't keep coming back. Good luck
